Unfortunately many of the correct principles behind an increased vertical are COUNTER INTUITIVE.  Whet this amounts to is that many very well meaning individuals are going to be misled.  Workout that feel effective simply are not.  You can go months spending time effort and even money and feeling that you should get results.. and then you do not increase your vertical at all.  In the end this will amount to your frustration.  To you thinking it doesn’t work… how could it work if you have worked so incredibly hard without results.
